Full writeup pending employer IP review. What can be said today:

A three-point calibration procedure for HoloLens that registers holographic content to physical space — the alignment problem at the heart of making physical space computable. The interesting parts are in the failure modes: drift, anchor stability, and what "three points" buys you over more elaborate registration schemes.
